Sapphire Bazaar Refund Policy
We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return but you should inform us the reason for your dissatisfaction.

Eligibility conditions for return items are below
- The product should not be damaged while it is in your possession
- The product should not be scratched, altered, tampered
- The product should be in original condition with tags and its original packaging and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
- The product sets can’t be returned individually
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase
- If you are an international customer, You should ship the product via registered mail
- The product should be returned to us within 30 days from the date you receive the item through the courier service
Special note ( Following reasons are not covered by our return policy )
- Weight and size of gemstones may still slightly vary due to difference in calibration of weighing and measuring scales
- Colour may not appear exactly as in real life due to variation between computer screen resolution and lights
Import duties, taxes and custom charges are not included in the item price. These charges must be bear by the buyers. please check with your country customs office to understand the additional costs.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Guideline to accept shipments
- Please make sure that the product packing is not damaged
- In case the product packing is damaged or altered you are requested to refuse to accept the product and inform it to us through email/WhatsApp/WeChat within 2 days. We will assure you to replace the same product or we will refund the money back to you
- Please make sure if you receive the exact item you have purchased, in case if you receive the wrong product(s) contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Order cancellation by sapphire bazaar ceylon
- If the product you have purchased is out of stock
- If the product you have purchased is not worth of shipping
- If the product price and description entered incorrectly on the website
- If the buyer’s address is not clear or incorrect
- If the buyer’s location is not covered by our courier partners
Note – If it is prepaid order the amount will be refunded to you and we will notify it to you through email/ text/WhatsApp/WeChat
